A local builder, since 2003.
Andrew Bedard Builder Inc was incorporated in Vermont in 2003 and has been building single-family homes and taking on general contracting work across the Northeast Kingdom ever since.
The owner is the builder
When you call Andrew Bedard Builder Inc, you reach the person who runs the job. No call centers, no layers of management — just a local contractor who lives and works in the Northeast Kingdom.
Incorporated in Vermont in 2003 and still active, the business has spent more than two decades focused on a simple promise: build it right, and stand behind it. That reputation is built one home and one project at a time, across Albany and the surrounding towns.
